Shipping Your Artwork
We're excited for you to receive your new piece of art. We put a great deal of care into our shipping process to ensure it arrives with you safely. Here is everything you need to know about how we prepare and send your order.
How We Prepare Your Order
To ensure the best quality, each type of artwork has a specific preparation time before it ships from our studio.

Fine Art Prints: Each print is custom-produced just for you. Please allow 7-14 business days for us to print, inspect, and carefully package your order.

Original Artwork: Originals are one-of-a-kind and require special handling. We take 5-10 business days to meticulously and securely package your piece for its journey.
Our Packaging Process
Your art's safety is our top priority. Prints are sent in reinforced tubes or rigid flat mailers. Originals are wrapped in multiple protective layers and placed in a sturdy, secure box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
While we can't guarantee exact dates, typical delivery times after your order has shipped are:

Domestic: 2-7 business days

International: 7-21 business days
A Note for International Collectors
We happily ship art all over the world. Please be aware that your country may apply customs fees or import taxes upon arrival. These potential charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
In Case of Any Issues
We're here to help if anything unexpected occurs.

Damaged Item: If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at ilanashalom.fineart@gmail.com with photos of both the item and the packaging. We will assist you right away.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an error in the address, the buyer is responsible for redelivery fees.
